I had an overall great experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring trendy bars and restaurants, although service could be a bit slow at times. The dining options were average, and the prices seemed a bit high for what was offered.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the rooms offered a beautiful view of Dallas' skyline, they were not well-cleaned, and there was a persistent bad odor. The service was exceptional, with staff who really went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Though the hotel's location was ideal for getting into Deep Ellum, the lack of staff affected the overall experience. The dining options were very average, and the limited breakfast choices were disappointing.
